Meet Andy Henbest from London who moved to LA 14 years ago to pursue animation and production design

Was there a particular reason you chose LA ?
I lived in NYC for 5 years and was curious about Los Angeles as I was contemplating a career in animation. I was a big fan of Klasky Csupo who were also in Hollywood. I ended up a production designer!

What do you miss most from home?
Lush green countryside and the pubs.

What was your first impression of LA and has it changed since ? I discovered it was idyllic for riding motorbikes & walking dogs, so I got 4 motorbikes and 4 dogs. Love it here!

What do you find the biggest difference is living here versus London/Surrey? Brilliant weather vs. Dreary weather.

Do you have any hidden gems in LA that you want to share with us?
Los Angeles Crest for motorbike rides, Fryman Canyon & Bronson Canyon for hike with dogs and La Poubelle for dinner.

A lot of people have misconceptions about LA - did you ? I came here after living in NYC and it agree…

Natural snack
Lunch like a K = king
Natural snack
and Dinner like a P = pauper!
(The PKP system)

All clients at are introduced to our system from day one.

This traditional, 20th century style of eating has changed because we no longer MOVE like we used to or had too!!!! Technology has taken over! We simply have to adapt to our new environment and demands.

Your "PRINCE" morning meal is a slow release, morning meal....the word "breakfast" means to "break the fast." What a treat it is, for the body to energize its self with something light, rather than digestively plowing through a heavy morning need no longer wonder why you are so tired after a heavy breakfas…
